Our current guests have the first right of refusal on their same cabin/same week for the following year, so we will only know our availability one year in advance.
Only week-long reservations will be accepted at this time, however after April 1 we will begin considering shorter stays. Please call us with questions.

Rates*
- *Rates based on: 1 bedroom - 2 persons or less, 2 bedroom - 4 persons or less, 3 bedroom - 6 people or less, 4 bedroom - 8 persons or less
- Additional persons (ages 2 and up) will be an additional person charge of $100 for the week, or $25 per night (plus taxes).
- Pets: $30 each, per day / $150 each, per week. (Cabin 1, 6, and 8 are pet free)
- Not allowed in swimming area
- Required to be kept on a leash
- Not left unattended
- Cleaned up after and no barking
- Rates do not include MN & County Sales Tax: 7.375%
- We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash or check.
- 5% DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED WHEN PAYING WITH CASH OR CHECK

Reservation / Deposit / Cancellation Policies
Damage/ Excessive Cleaning Fee
- To confirm and hold your reservation, a deposit of $300 is required.
- We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or personal checks.
- 5% DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED WHEN PAYING WITH CASH OR CHECK
- Your phone reservation will be held for ten (10) days so your deposit can be mailed and received.
- Deposits are refunded only when the opening created by the cancellation is filled, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Damage/ Excessive Cleaning Fee
- We are very proud of our reputation for providing you with a clean and comfortable cabin. In return we ask that you check out leaving your 'housekeeping cabin' in the same condition as you find it. If your cabin is left excessively dirty and requires extra cleaning or if any property damage occurs, you will be charged. All of our buildings are smoke free.
